our fairytale holiday in puerto del carmen exceeded our expectations. the cute apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the location was perfect, close to the beach and amenities, and the owners caroline and oliver were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing all the necessary information to make us feel at home.

We had a fantastic value for our money at this apartment. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, with the beach and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff, Caroline and Oliver, were incredibly welcoming and provided us with all the necessary information to make us feel at home.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement.

For our fairytale holiday, Casa Mar Y Volcan offered the perfect location. It was close to all amenities, including the beach, and yet provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Caroline and Oliver, the owners, welcomed us warmly and provided all the necessary information through WhatsApp, making us feel right at home. The apartment was cute and had everything we needed. The well-maintained grounds and pool added to the overall experience. We highly recommend this place for its perfect location and welcoming owners.

The apartment was immaculately clean. The grounds were well-maintained. Close proximity to the beach and promenade. Friendly and helpful owners. Quick response time. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Easy access to restaurants and shops. Lovely pool area.

The apartment had a cozy living room where I could relax after a long day of exploring. The bedroom was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. I loved waking up to the breathtaking sea views from the terrace. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for some evening entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen with a fridge and microwave made it convenient to prepare meals.
Personally, I found the tile/marble floor a bit cold and uncomfortable. Others might still enjoy it, but I felt that the balcony with pool views could have been better.

Comfortable apartment with all necessary amenities. Quiet complex with lovely pool. Walking distance to local pubs, restaurants, and beach. Quick and helpful response from hosts. Car advisable for exploring the island. Highly recommended for Puerto del Carmen area.
